What started as a simple idea for a little extra beer money quickly became something much bigger. Big Lou and Joanie began popping kettle corn with a good recipe, a lot of hard work, and a love for sharing something people genuinely enjoyed.

One event led to the next, taking Big Lou’s Kettle Corn across New Mexico to community celebrations, local gatherings, and some of the state’s favorite events. What began as a side venture grew into an unexpected adventure filled with miles on the road, unforgettable experiences, and great people met along the way.
